The Regional Development Team at the United States Naval Academy Foundation is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented intern to assist with the stewardship and engagement of key donors.
As an intern, you will be a crucial part of the team, helping not only to identify and strategize around engaging important individuals but also personally stewarding them through various platforms including phone, mail, email, and ThankView. Your work will help create actionable insights that contribute to the development of future pipelines for donor assignments and long-term growth.
This internship is a unique opportunity to contribute meaningful to the United States Naval Academy Foundation's mission while gaining valuable experience in development and donor relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Steward current and prospective donors, providing personalized outreach and ongoing relationship building through various platforms (phone, mail, email, and ThankView)
- Conduct research to better understand donor interested and needs, creating strategies to engage and retain key individuals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic goals are met and develop pipelines
- Contribute to data analysis and reporting to track progress and identify key engagement opportunities
